Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Carrier

All orders are shipped via DHL Express to ensure the highest level of security for your luxury purchase.

2. Mandatory Shipping Insurance

For your protection, shipping insurance is mandatory for all orders. A fee of 2% of the total order value is automatically computed and added at checkout. This covers the full declared value of your item against loss or physical damage during transit.

 

3. "Delivered" but Missing Packages

If DHL tracking confirms a package as "Delivered" to the address provided, but you claim it has not been received:

●      The customer must file a report with the local DHL office and provide us with the case number.

●      Swiss Jewellery & Watches LLC will assist in the investigation; however, our liability ends once a package is marked as "Delivered." We recommend a secure delivery location where a signature can be obtained.

4. Customs & Duties

For international orders, the recipient is the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
