Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Restocking Fee

Due to the high-value nature and inspection requirements of luxury watches and jewelry, all eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your final refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

●      Items marked as "Sale" or purchased during a promotional event.

●      Personalized or custom-engraved jewelry/watches.

●      Items showing any signs of wear, resized bracelets, or missing original "Swiss Jewellery & Watches LLC" security tags/packaging.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service (like DHL), as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
